Prior to founding OSAGI in 2003, Jeff was CEO and founder of Javacise, a professional software company which is a market leader of custom Java based solutions for the wireless, mobile and pda markets.

Before that he was CEO of Ergon Software, where he grew the firms international annual revenue from 21 million to 42 million in two years and acted as chief architect on custom software solutions.

Before that he was VP of Technology for EOffering, in charge of the development of the firms enterprise tool sets and custom development projects for the back, mid and front offices.

Before that he was the founder and Director of the Java solutions practice for USWeb/CKS, where he managed the firms Java engagements and oversaw the design and implementation of multi million-dollar projects.

Before that he was a founder and a Senior Partner of the International Java Consultants, where he pioneered Java technologies for financial services and world sports (NGO's) including UCI and FIS. Mr. Rogers also served as chief architect, built and installed the first wireless networks in Germany and Switzerland.

Before that he worked with Sun Microsystems, where he helped pioneer Java and its adoption into the financial and world sports markets.

Jeff has published widely on Open Source and Java and is a frequent participant of industry-leading professional conferences around the globe.
